We don’t need to say this but a lot has been going on this year… So much that you might have missed some big news here at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center (SVCAC)- We turned 25 years old in November. That’s right, we are now celebrating our Silver Anniversary!
We had a great celebration planned- but then, you know, 2020 happened and everything changed. Performances and celebrations have turned into social distancing and Zooms. In the interim, we are working to stay connected with the community with our VIRTUAL Arts Center. But one thing has not changed: the Cultural Arts Center’s mission to develop, support and encourage cultural activities and educational programs to the Simi Valley community.
We need your help to continue. With no revenue producing events currently happening at the Center, we must rely now more than ever on the kindness and generosity of our family of supporters. That is why we are asking you to help us celebrate in a way that is a little different instead of joining us at a gala or performance:
This Giving Tuesday, and through the end of the year, we are asking for a $25 online donation in support of the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to advance the mission of SVCAC and all of great things to come- whether it be virtual programs or the return of live programming on stage in 2021 (fingers crossed!).
The path to our goal is simple:
1000 people donate $25 = $25,000 Goal Achieved!
100 people donate $250 = $25,000 Goal Achieved!
10 people donate $2,500 = $25,000 Goal Achieved!
1 person donates $25,000 = $25,000 Goal Achieved!
So you can see how we can reach our goal before you can say “stay safe”. And reaching this goal will place the Cultural Arts Center in an excellent position to usher in the next era of arts programming in our community. All amounts are welcome - there is no gift too small or too large.
Your generous donations will help ensure that the Cultural Arts Center is able to continue to provide the Simi Valley and greater Southern California community with quality live entertainment for another 25 years and beyond!

As a government organization, the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center does not have tax-exempt status.
