Sunday, April 28 at 7 PM

Take a magical, musical journey as The Music Rx.Org presents When Music Was A Song starring Keith Borden in a nostalgic night of songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations and many others who have made an indelible impression in the fabric of our nation's music.

This not to be missed trip down memory lane will feature Keith Borden (recently appearing as Jim Conley in the musical production of Parade at SVCAC), along with his special guests Francis Cabison, Linda Jackson, Nora Paradiso, Faith Petrie, Joshua Ray, and Mia Vavasseur all backed by the amazing live band, Phat Yaki, performing some of the greatest songs of all time!

About The Music Rx: Music has long been proven to have a unique ability to heal, soothe and calm a restless soul.

The Music Rx seeks to harness the power of music and share the joy it brings with others by purchasing and/or distributing tickets to musical theater, concerts and symphonies on behalf of chronically ill or clinically depressed individuals and send them out on a night of much needed musical diversion.

The non-profit also sponsors free concerts to the public, sharing the power of music one song at a time. For more information log onto www.Themusicrx.org

Please note that there is an additional $2/ticket surcharge on all tickets whether purchased online or in person at the box office.
